Maple Grove’s first concert of the season is happening tomorrow (Saturday, February 3). Organizers say that the concert will be a homage to Kew Garden’s own Moscow-born Rosina Lhevinne, a legendary teacher at Julliard.
Two talented pianists, Shawn Chang and Markus Kaitila, will perform a program of Mozart, Ravel, Rachmaninoff, Chopin, Gerswhin, Massenet and more.
The concert is free for those who RSVP and it’s $5 for walk in attendees. RSVP by calling 347-878-6614 or emailing info@friendsofmaple.org.
