On Saturday, December 3rd, come and listen to a beautiful performance by Musica Reginae.
Elizabeth Pitcairn, violin, and Barbara Podgurski, piano, will perform sonatas by Mozart, Mendelssohn and Franck.
Celebrated violinist Elizabeth Pitcairn returns to perform on her “Red Mendelssohn” Stradivarius, made famous by the movie The Red Violin. Before the main performance, talented young students from the intensive summer program at the Luzerne Music Center will perform.
The program will feature Mozart’s Sonata in G Major, K.301, a composition of lyricism and virtuosity for both piano and violin. Mendelssohn’s Sonata in F Major, composed in 1838, is an exemplary and rarely-performed selection from the Romantic period.
The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. at The Church-in-the-Gardens, located at 50 Ascan Avenue. The audience is invited to a reception after the concert where they can meet the performers.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is fantastic blog. A great read. I will certainly be back.
The next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesnt disappoint me as much as this one. I mean, I know it was my choice to read, but I actually thought youd have something interesting to say. All I hear is a bunch of whining about something that you could fix if you werent too busy looking for attention.
