I REALLY think it is important to let you know so that you can post it wherever you can about a contractor who works within our neighborhood who has been known to rip-off and act in a duplicitous manner. He did a job for me and left us with much after work to do and fix, he verbally and in a written fashion abused us and kept adding charges for fees that were not written into the contract i.e.; the baseboards are not included in the painting of a wall?!He then sent an electrician months after to fix the problem HE left us with w/o him expecting to pay for it! So may examples it’s IMPOSSIBLE to fully describe.
