Art and Fall Festivals happening this Sunday

The Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce will hold their Fall Festival to support the area’s businesses. The festival will include 200 vendors, kids rides as well as food staples and crafts. The family fun fair will take place along Austin Street between 69th Road and 72nd Road and will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Also on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the fourth annual Kew Gardens Community Arts Day will take place along Lefferts Boulevard and Austin Street. Expect a day of art experiences celebrating the talent and diversity of the artists living in Queens. According to organizers, an eclectic mix of original fine art, the Kew Gardens Outdoor Art Fair, will be the centerpiece of the day. Additionally, there will be art demonstrations, sidewalk chalk art drawing, musical entertainment and a fence at exhibit.
