Robbery suspect captured on surveillance

The 112th Precinct is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual in a robbery that occurred on Sunday, October 23.

At around 6:45 p.m., an 85-year-old woman was robbed near her apartment after walking home from the Forest Hills Jewish Center. The individual approached her from behind, snatched her bag and fled the scene. The woman injured her left ankle during the attack.
The individual is a white male, seen wearing a light colored hat, black jeans and a light colored bubbled coat.
