To enter, contestants must follow the steps below:

1. Visit MK Vision Center in Forest Hills (107-29 71st Ave.) Today, Friday, February 14th
2. Receive a heart shaped paper from a MK eyewear specialist in-store
3. Write down the name of your Valentine and why you love them on that heart shaped paper
4. Hand the paper back to the MK Eyewear Specialist
5. Cross your fingers
