The Forest Hills Library reopened yesterday after roof repair was done to the building.
The repairs took two months and cost $650,000 which was funded by Council Member Karen Koslowitz. Originally, the construction was supposed to be done last November but it was delayed due to the weather.
The library has resumed it’s normal schedule.
Last week, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that the Rego Park Library would receive a major facelift.
