Kew Forest JV Boys Basketball Team Wins MLS Invitational Tournament

This past Friday, the KF JV team defeated Columbia Prep 79-51 to advance to the tournament championship. On Saturday, they defeated Avenues by a score of 81-41, and were crowned champions of Martin Luther School’s Winter Invitational Tournament.
Point guard, Nino Radoncic, had a triple double (19 points – 11 assists – 10 reboundsm) and was named MVP.
All Conference Players from KF were Lambert Shell (20 points), Jonathan Daniels (20 points), and Yousef Abdelhady (14 rebounds – 4 blocks – 2 points).
“Heart, hustle, and teamwork is the foundation on which our team is built on. I’m very proud of our boys,” said Coach John Della Marco. “We thank Martin Luther School for hosting such a great tournament. Good, positive vibes are always pouring out of the coaches, players, and staff at MLS,” said the veteran coach.
