Sen. Addabbo hosting senior job fair

State Senator Joseph Addabbo Jr. is hosting his annual senior job fair today at Queens Community House, 80-02 Kew Gardens Road, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event aims to connect seniors looking for work in various fields – including health care, retail, sales, security and other areas – to employers. Representatives from the various companies in attendance will collect resumes and meet with potential job candidates to discuss openings within the organization.
“Finding a job is always an uphill battle, but the task is even more difficult for our senior population,” said Addabbo. “The cost of living continues to rise, and more and more people over 55 find themselves coming out of retirement or having their circumstances change and needing once again to search for a way to make ends meet. It is important that we provide these individuals with the resources they need to succeed in their job search. I am proud to once again host my annual Senior Job Fair and look forward to meeting the eager job seekers at this event next month.”
The job fair is free to attend for both job seekers and employers.
Genuinely no matter if someone doesn’t understand then its up to other viewers that they will help, so here it occurs.
Great web site you’ve got here.. It’s difficult to
find good quality writing like yours these days.
I really appreciate individuals like you! Take care!!
Unquestionably believe that which you said. Your favorite reason seemed to be on the
net the simplest factor to have in mind of.
I say to you, I definitely get annoyed even as people consider concerns that they just do
not realize about. You controlled to hit the nail upon the highest as well as outlined out
the entire thing without having side-effects
, people can take a signal. Will likely be again to get more.
Thanks
I’m gone to inform my little brother, that he should also pay a quick visit this
webpage on regular basis to take updated from hottest reports.
Oh my goodness! Incredible article dude! Thank you, However I am encountering difficulties with your RSS.
I don’t understand why I am unable to subscribe to it.
Is there anybody else having similar RSS issues? Anyone who knows the answer will
you kindly respond? Thanx!!
Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave
it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put
the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell
someone!
Having read this I thought it was very enlightening.
I appreciate you spending some time and energy to put
this short article together. I once again find myself spending
a significant amount of time both reading and posting comments.
But so what, it was still worth it!
Wonderful blog! I found it while surfing around on Yahoo News.
Do you have any suggestions on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I’ve been trying for a while but I never seem to get there!
Thanks
