A record-breaking real estate deal was made in Forest Hills Gardens this week when a large Tudor-style home at 55 Exeter St. was sold for $2.8 million.
The four-bedroom, 4,000-sq.-ft. home, on a 14,000-sq.-ft. lot, was built in 1926 and previously sold for $2 million in the last year.
